Annual Meeting of KWD Quality Managers
The Quality, Environment and Energy department leaders of our five European locations asked themselves this question, while facing the rough sea of the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the rocky coast in the bay of Lisbon on the other side. The Coast steering team building event was the prolog of our Yearly Quality Manager Meeting in June 2019. The objective of this adventurous team event is to pass a climbing trail at the coastline between the sea and rocks together.
Be smarter - together - was the slogan for our knowledge exchange in Palmela (Portugal) which initiated a successful discussion about the future challenges in the automotive industry. Another big success of this meeting and the teambuilding event is, that the departments leaders of Palmela (Portugal), Pamplona (Spain), Dobrovice (Czech Republic), Wolfsburg (Germany) and Radeberg (Germany), are working trustfully and determinedly toward a common vision.
At least there is no better conclusion for our Quality Meeting 2019 as the words of Andrew Carnegie “Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.”
