HOW OUR APPLICATION PROCESS WORKS

As soon as your application arrives, be it online or in paper form, you receive a confirmation by e-mail. We then forward your documents to the relevant department for assessment. If we receive positive feedback, we invite you to a first interview so we can get to know you personally.
It is important for us that the applicant is compatible with our company. We try to discover this in one or more talks with you. This also gives you a chance to determine whether KWD is the right employer for you.
